Surfplugs™ are custom made, therefore an ear impression is necessary. It is a simple and painless procedure but must be carried out by a qualified audiologist, if you live in the UK then try your local Specsavers Hearcare Centre for one. If you are outside the UK or if you have problems finding a local Audiologist then Contact us and we will put you in touch with one.

Travel Package Surfplugs™ - you will receive one set of Surfplugs™ and we keep a copy of the impressions that you supply us (or we can take the impressions at an additional cost of £20.00). If you mislay your plugs or want a spare set, we can remake your Surfplugs™ within 48 hours and post these to you anywhere in the world. You avoid the cost of further impressions and can request unlimited remakes at £35.00 per pair over the three year lifetime of the negative mould.

Direct moulded Surfplugs™ are a direct impression taking technique, and includes the cost of the impression and the cost of manufacturing one set of Surfplugs™. Direct moulded Surfplugs™ are not available outside of our area and we are unable to remake further sets of Surfplugs™ using this technique.

Upgrades: We can add your own graphics, design, national flag, or colour match to your surfboard. We cannot include logos or copyrighted designs. The upgrade cost is applicable to each set of Surfplugs™.
